Scope of Services. Through this Site, Fencepros markets and arranges Wood Fence Installation, Aluminum Fence Installation, Chain Link Fence Installation, Fence Repair, Deck Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Fencepros (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://fenceproskansascity.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Fencepros makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fencepros's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Fencepros in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Fencepros from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. KS law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in KS.
Term Changes. Fencepros may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
